We are looking for a skilled "UI/UX Designer" to join our team. You will be responsible to shape the visual aspects of the websites, products and more. To join our expanding team, you need to be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show attention to detail:

What is the role of a UI/UX Designer? The graphics you design must capture the attention of our target audience and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements and ideas into your design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we'd like to meet you.

Responsibilities :

Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites or mobile apps function and look
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with developers and clients
Planning concepts by studying relevant information of size, type size, style and submitting them for approval. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Illustrating concepts by designing examples
Preparing finished art by operating necessary software
Generate clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to end
Communicating with clients about layout and design and ensure that all deliverables communicate the correct information
Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic
Work with content writers and technical lead to produce final design
Test graphics across various media
Amend designs after feedback
Stay on top of the latest standards, processes, and trends in the visual design field
Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
Perform retouching and manipulation of images

Requirements and skills:

2+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
High expertise in Photoshop, Adobe XD, Figma and Illustrator
A basic working knowledge of screen design tools like Sketch will be a big plus
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, advertisements and multimedia design
A strong eye for visual composition, aesthetics and details
Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus

Laravel Developer

We are looking for PHP Developer with experience on Laravel framework. You will be responsible to design and build web applications using Laravel. Troubleshoot issues in the implementation and debug builds. You must be adept in working with front-end and back-end developers on projects. In depth knowledge of PHP with Laravel Framework
MySQL profiling and query optimization

Should have good knowledge of Java Script, jQuery. Candidate should have knowledge of HTML and CSS
Develop custom RESTful APIs and integrate 3rd-party APIs as per project requirements
Must be good with OOPS concept
Strong oral and written communication skills, and be customer focused to understand and appropriately respond to customer's business needs
Updating and altering application features to enhance performance
Troubleshooting application and code issues
Creative and efficient problem solver
Write clean, secure, test driven, easily maintainable and modular codes
Convey effectively with all task progress
Experience in working with Apache
Experience in unit testing using testing frameworks like PHPUnit/phpspec will be an advantage

Roles and Responsibilities:

Build and maintain innovative, state-of-the-art cutting edge web-based PHP applications and collaborate with the User Experience (UX) team
Ensure HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript is valid and consistent across applications
Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools
Utilize backend data services and contribute to increase existing data services API
Lead the entire web application development life cycle right from concept stage to delivery and post launch support
You will be responsible for timely delivery, analyze and develop new features for existing applications
Convey effectively with all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, schedules along with technical and process issues
Document the development process, architecture, and standard components
Coordinate with co-developers and keeps project manager well informed of the status of development effort and serves as liaison between development staff and project manager
Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in web development
